The company was established in 2014 with a focus on the production of standard components, fasteners and aerospace parts for the domestic market. With a keen focus on quality and precision, the company gradually transitioned into specialising in pipe system solutions for the aerospace industry, becoming a trusted supplier for key components and assemblies.
The company commenced operations with a team of five employees and four CNC machines. It rapidly expanded its capabilities and expertise. Utilising extensive industry expertise, notably from our founder's experience with prominent domestic OEMs, we seamlessly integrated into the aerospace supply chain from the outset.
In 2016, the company initiated its foray into the domain of aerospace programmes, signifying a pivotal milestone in its journey towards attaining accreditation as a supplier for both military and civilian aircraft. This was followed by the achievement of AS9100 certification in 2019, thereby confirming the company's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aerospace quality management.
In 2023, we expanded our operations with the establishment of a strategic subsidiary in Chengdu, with the aim of providing closer proximity to our key clients and ensuring quicker response times. This strategic decision reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing service quality and ensuring consistent, reliable production output.
From the outset, our product development strategy centred on pipe systems. Since then, we have integrated a complete value chain, encompassing design, precision machining, surface treatment, special processes, testing and batch production optimisation. This evolution has enabled us to establish ourselves as an integrated supplier of aerospace pipe systems, offering unparalleled expertise in this specialised area.
Surface treatment capabilities were subsequently introduced, enabling enhanced quality control, reduced lead times, and increased product reliability. Our commitment to continuous improvement led us to construct a new facility in 2018, which enabled us to increase production capacity and expand our technical capabilities.
Moving forward, we are making a substantial investment in the automation of our production lines, expanding our NADCAP scope, and preparing for FAA, EASA, and ITAR certifications as part of our ongoing digital transformation. These initiatives will enhance our operational efficiency, ensure better customer service, and support our international market expansion.
Our consistent investment in automation, lean manufacturing processes, and technological upgrades reflects our commitment to long-term growth, operational excellence, and global competitiveness.
